Chris SANDHAM-BAILEY (UK)
Born in 1975 in Somerset, Chris’ interest began at a very early age having been on 4 airfields before he was even a month old. With several family members already being involved in aviation at all levels it would have a profound impact on his life. Having studied at Somerset College of Arts and then De Montfort University he became a freelance designer who produced the occasional profile. Profiling however increasingly took over and Chris now regularly contributes to Aeroplane Magazine and Airfix Model world as well as producing art for number of publications. Chris now lives with his wife and two children not too far from the Cold War collection at Bruntingthorpe where he indulges his interest in Harriers and the local rugby team.
