Luca BUCCHI (I)
Born in Rome, Italy, in 1966, Luca is passionate about planes and flying at a very young age when he enrolled in courses piloting a glider at Guidonia (Rome), then, in 1985, he left for military service which provides at 186° Regiment of the Fifth Battalion Parachute “El Alamein”. In July of that year was a very serious incident that will force him to live the rest of life in a wheelchair. Luca didn’t give upgraduating Master of Art and attending the Academy of Fine Arts; began working with graphics, drawing decals for scale models, and then went to profiles aircraft, with particular interest in post-war Italian subjects. Luke has the honor of being a member of the International Association of disabled artists who paint with the mouth and foot, VDMFK.
